Official statement from Ludic Dragon Games[edit | edit source]
14th November 2020
Ludic Dragon Games is benevolent and friendly towards the Dungeon Universalis Wiki and supports it by allowing it to copy and publish content directly. This permission is clarified by the following agreement.
Ludic Dragon Games (hereinafter abbreviated as LDG), the rights holder of the game "Dungeon Universalis" grants the non-profit project "Dungeon Universalis Wiki" (hereinafter abbreviated as DUW) the exclusive, non-transferable and revocable permission to use all content from the current and future to take over the rule books of the game "Dungeon Universalis" made available to the public. The content explicitly includes both the texts, icons and images.
In addition, LDG allows the use of texts and media from their past and future Kickstarter campaigns.
The rights of the transferred content remain with LDG.
The DUW is explicitly not permitted to publish images and quotations of the actual game material, e.g. quoting the texts of the original Spell or Furniture cards. This includes, in particular, the copying of images and quotations from the quest books and the bestiaries.
Exemplary representations of individual components for documentation purposes are excluded from these prohibitions.
The DUW, the authors and contributors are given permission to change the content adopted for the purposes of editorial processing.
The DUW is committed to publish the content used exclusively publicly and in the interests of non-profit making.
